GUM Auction is an independent proxy buying & import service. We bid, buy and import items from Japanese auction & marketplace websites on behalf of our customers, then ship them to Thailand by sea or air. We are an independent service provider and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official agent of any of those websites.

สมัครสมาชิกและเติมเงินเข้าระบบ จากนั้นค้นหาสินค้าในเว็บของเรา หรือคัดลอกลิงก์สินค้าจากเว็บประมูล/ตลาดออนไลน์ในญี่ปุ่นมาวางในช่องค้นหา แล้วกดประมูลหรือกดสั่งซื้อ ทีมงานจะดำเนินการซื้อแทนให้ หากไม่ถนัด ทักแอดมินทาง LINE ให้ช่วยสั่งได้
How to order: create an account, top up your balance, then search on our site or paste a Japanese product link into the search box and place your bid / buy order. Our team buys the item on your behalf. You can also just send us the link on LINE and we will handle it.
ชำระเป็น 2 รอบ — รอบแรกตอนได้สินค้า คือ (ค่าสินค้า + ค่าโอนในญี่ปุ่น + ค่าส่งภายในญี่ปุ่น) × เรตเงินเยน ณ วันนั้น รอบที่สองตอนสินค้าถึงไทย คือค่านำเข้า (คิดตามน้ำหนักจริง หรือคิดตามขนาด/ปริมาตร แล้วแต่ว่าแบบไหนเหมาะกับสินค้า) บวกค่าส่งในไทยถ้ามี ในหน้าสินค้ามีปุ่มคำนวณราคาให้ประเมินก่อนตัดสินใจได้
Payment is in 2 rounds: (1) item price + domestic Japan transfer/shipping fees converted at the current yen rate, and (2) import shipping to Thailand (charged by actual weight or by volume, whichever fits the item) plus Thai domestic delivery. A price estimate button is available on every product page.
หลังสินค้าเข้าโกดังที่ญี่ปุ่นและลงเรือแล้ว ขนส่งทางเรือใช้เวลาประมาณ 15–20 วันนับจากเรือออกจากท่า จากนั้นเข้าโกดังไทยและจัดส่งถึงบ้าน ส่งทางอากาศจะเร็วกว่าแต่ค่าขนส่งสูงกว่า เวลาอาจคลาดเคลื่อนจากสภาพอากาศ ศุลกากร หรือวันหยุดยาวของญี่ปุ่น
Sea freight takes about 15–20 days after the vessel departs, plus warehouse handling and domestic delivery in Thailand. Air freight is faster at a higher cost. Weather, customs inspection and Japanese public holidays may cause delays.
เข้าสู่ระบบแล้วดูรายการสั่งซื้อของคุณในเว็บหรือในแอป จะเห็นไทม์ไลน์สถานะทุกขั้น ตั้งแต่ได้สินค้า เข้าโกดังญี่ปุ่น ลงเรือ ถึงไทย จนถึงเลขพัสดุขนส่งในไทย และมีแจ้งเตือนเข้า LINE เมื่อสถานะเปลี่ยน หากสถานะไม่อัปเดต ติดต่อแอดมินได้เลย
Sign in and open your order list on the website or in the app to see the full status timeline (purchased → Japan warehouse → shipped → arrived in Thailand → Thai courier tracking number). Status changes are also pushed to LINE.

Film the unboxing, then contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number. Transport damage is handled case by case (optional insurance is available for high-value items). If the problem comes from the Japanese seller, we file the dispute on your behalf.

เนื่องจากเมื่อลบบัญชีแล้วจะไม่สามารถกู้คืนข้อมูลหรือยอดเงินได้
ทั้งนี้ ข้อมูลบางส่วนที่กฎหมายบัญชี/ภาษีกำหนดให้ต้องเก็บ เช่น เอกสารการชำระเงิน จะถูกเก็บตามระยะเวลาที่กฎหมายกำหนด
Account deletion: send a deletion request to our LINE Official Account @gumauction, e-mail us at [email protected], or call +66 62-639-2354, stating “delete my account” together with the e-mail address used to register. After we verify that you are the account owner, your account and personal data will be deleted. Please close any open orders and withdraw your remaining balance first — deletion cannot be undone. Records that we are legally required to keep (e.g. payment/tax documents) are retained for the period required by law.
